What everyone asks us.

Do I need a special device for the kiosk?
No. Any tablet, phone or laptop with a browser works. We set it up with a bootstrap key and from then on it stays in kiosk mode with no access to the rest of the app. Most teams reuse a device they already have.
How does Woblip behave during a labor inspection?
Every clock-in and clock-out is recorded with date, time and authentication method, and stored for 4 years. When the inspector shows up, you export a signed PDF with every record for the requested period. It complies with RD 8/2019 and article 34 of the Spanish Workers' Statute.
Can I configure my labor agreement?
Yes. Define daily, weekly and monthly caps, rest between shifts and weekly rest, number of Sundays and holidays that can be worked, and overtime allowance. Woblip flags issues before you publish the schedule.
What if I go over the employee range?
Don't worry: the rate is per location, not per employee. If you go over by one or two employees occasionally we won't charge more. Only if the situation persists we'll let you know so you can move to a plan that fits your team better.
What if I have more than 30 employees?
We move to the Enterprise plan. We send you a tailored quote with assisted onboarding, dedicated support and a signed data processing agreement. Unlimited employees.
Is there a lock-in or cancellation clause?
No. You pay month to month and cancel whenever from the platform itself. We export your data in CSV and PDF before the closure.
Where is the data stored?
On European Union servers, with encryption at rest and in transit. We comply with GDPR and sign the data processor agreement your labor advisor requires.
